L: Thanks for all your thoughts and ideas on previous post! They’re coming out great! and I’ll comment on that one just after this post that I’m writing, but let me just share with you some images of welcome board that I’m ( or I and our invitation designer is) planning on bringing from Japan. I like the natural wood material board which I would think matches with the concept of our party in Cali. (The fourth pix decorated with flowers can be the image of making it more elegant for our Tokyo wedding) We can put it at the entrance the house under where you drew the picture of chinese lantern to welcome the guest. What to write inside the board is undecided yet, but I’d like to use it as both our party in Cal and in Tokyo as well so it should be something that suits for both occasions. Maybe not “just married” stuff because we’re already married…May be our initial logo as a symbol and simply “Wedding Party” or “Join us at blah blah wedding”? Still thinking.
